About the event
The focus of this group is to engage mental health professionals in self-care techniques and increase mindfulness while working with the horses. This is an open ended group and members will participate once a month.Â
The third Tuesday of every month at 5:30pm
$45 a session (pay at the door) and open enrollment. For additional information give us a call!Â
