Our Sponsor-a-Healer program is a meaningful way to support the incredible animals that make our work possible at Healing Hoofbeats of CT by offering monthly, recurring support at a level that feels comfortable for you.

Your Monthly Donation Provides:
​
Daily Care by Dedicated Staff -  Supports a part-time Barn Manager who ensures our Animal Healers receive exceptional daily care and that the farm operates safely. (Annual cost: approximately $27,000.)
​
Feed & Nutritional Supplements – Provides healthy diets and supplements for all of our Animal Healers, including horses, goats, chickens, dogs, and barn cats.
​
Routine Veterinary Care – Covers annual wellness exams, vaccinations, deworming, and preventative medical care to keep our animals healthy and safe for the clients they serve. (Approximately $1,500/year.)
​
Equine Massage & Chiropractic Care – Ensures our therapy horses receive quarterly bodywork and chiropractic care so they remain healthy, comfortable, and able to support clients. (Approximately $1,000/year.)
​
Shelter & Bedding – Helps maintain clean, safe, and comfortable barns, sheds, coops, and run-ins, including bedding such as shavings and straw.
​
Farrier Care – Provides regular hoof trimming and maintenance for our horses, an essential part of their health and wellbeing. (Approximately $2,800/year.)
​
Emergency Medical Fund – Ensures immediate veterinary treatment is available if an unexpected illness or injury occurs, so financial limitations never delay critical care. (Approximately $5,000/year.)
